St Joseph’s RC Junior School is a two form entry multicultural school with 280 pupils situated in Wembley.
We are a keen to promote a variety a sports and activities to our pupils, both curricular and extra curricular, and we have found the Kingsbury Sports Partnership to be invaluable in this pursuit. The regular and well organised sporting festivals and tournaments across a range of sports are enjoyed by our students immensely and allow everyone to experience success. In turn this builds esteem and confidence in pupils which translates into other areas of the curriculum. Such festivals and tournaments also inspire children to work in the lead up lessons and they experience great pride in representing the school and wearing the school colours. This is often reflected in the reports that they write and present to the rest of the class in assemblies.
